Flooré Kits are construction kits specially designed for those who want to lay water-based underfloor heating themselves in individual rooms with floor areas up to 24 m².

Flooré Kits come in three sizes: 6 m², 9 m², and 12 m².
If you want to lay underfloor heating over an area of 24 m², you can combine two 12 m² kits. Note that if you have to use more than one kit, you need an Extension kit, which connects the two kits together.

For larger areas we offer free assistance with planning, the amount of material needed and drawings.

Our kits contain: Floor panels, Alu/PEX underfloor heating pipes, Aluminum tape, Pipe fitting.

Save time and money with fewer steps involved

You can lay tiles directly on the underfloor heating panels. This means that you don’t need to apply a layer of screed or concrete on top of the underfloor heating panels, which is what is usually required. Not to mention that the heat is closer to your feet.

Restricted installation height or room space for extra insulation?

No problem! Flooré Kits come with three different panel thicknesses. Our thinnest panel is only 13 mm, resulting in a minimal reduction in room height. The panels featuring extra insulation come in a thickness of 25 mm or 50 mm.

Our thinnest panel is only 13 mm, resulting in a minimal decrease in room height.

Best suited for:

  • Floors that are already insulated
  • Floors that do not need insulating
  • Rooms in which the floor height increase is to be as small as possible

Perfect for renovation projects

Our embedded kit is particularly suitable for use when renovating existing rooms. The underfloor heating pipes are embedded in just 20 mm of screed or concrete.

For larger areas we offer free assistance with planning, the amount of material needed and drawings.

Our kits contain: Alu/PEX underfloor heating pipes, Edging tape, Cable ties, Pipe fitting.

When you combine two kits

When two kits are combined, this means that two pipe coils are connected to the same shunt. An extension kit is used to do this, specifically the FS 36 Extension kit, consisting of a manifold mounted on the shunt to create twin outlets.

Mixing unit FS 36 mini

When underfloor heating is combined with radiators, the water temperature needs to be reduced for the underfloor heating system. This is why a shunt is needed which lowers the temperature and circulates the water. The Mixing unit FS 36 mini is the preferred option for use with Flooré Kits, which is a high-quality shunt that comes with a standard thermostat. This can be upgraded with a wireless thermostat.
