Flooré panel is very simple to mount and adapt to different ceiling building techniques. It can be screwed or glued to the substrate. The system has a big advantage since it will be installed like an ordinary underfloor heating system without any expensive and time consuming fitting works.
How to best design the installation depends on which ceiling finish and substrate conditions that is best used in the building. Commonly a plasterboard are used as a ceiling finish and then distance between steel profiles, wooden beams or support battens are chosen according to the recommendation from the plasterboard supplier.
Installation on steel profiles or wooden beams
Distances between profiles are designed so that it fits with the length of Flooré panels and an extra line of profile is installed under the U-turns. Drawing examples can be given depending on which panel is used.
Installation between support battens or steel profiles
The widths of the Flooré panels are easily cut to fit between support battens (or U-profiles of steel). Distances between profiles are designed according to the recommendation from the plasterboard supplier.
Installation directly to the ceiling
Flooré panel is very simple to mount directly to the ceiling. It can be screwed or glued to the substrate, this is recommended only if it is possible to screw the ceiling finish directly to the substrate.
